Kristin started her journey at Sommer & O’Donnell as an intern and officially became a part of the team after graduating from HACC in May 2024 with her Paralegal certificate. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Messiah University, which helps her excel in research, writing, and attention to detail.
With over a decade of customer service experience, Kristin brings strong communication, empathy, and conflict resolution skills to her role, ensuring that the clients’ needs are always met with professionalism and care.
Outside of work, Kristin enjoys reading, watching documentaries, spending time at the beach, and creating memories with her two sons, family, and friends.
